2015 Yoga at Work Calendar
17th September 2014
‘Yoga at Work’ is the theme for the only 2015 calendar you will need to buy for anyone interested in yoga or local business or indeed beautiful black & white photography! Anna Wolfenden, a yoga teacher practicing in Southwold, had the idea of photographing her yoga students in their place of work. She is lucky enough to be married to Stephen Wolfenden and persuaded him to help with the project. All the funds will go to the Margaret Chadd House, East Coast Hospice.

A sizeable sum was raised for the charity as a result of the ‘Southwold Snapshots 1872~1972’ slide show, (part of the Southwold Arts Festival), as a result Anna was inspired to do another project to help raise more funds to provide hospice care locally.

Each month features a different owner of a local business doing a yoga pose at their place of work. Eleven brave students were persuaded that this would be a good idea and they agreed. The calendar will be on sale at a mere snip at £4.75 and will be available at Wells, Chapmans, Spunyarns (formerly Purdy’s) and Spots in Southwold, Tinkers in Walberswick and The Star Inn, Wenhaston. Alternatively you can buy a copy online by clicking on the shop tab. A limited number of calendars will be printed so if you would like one don't leave it too late!
